Paul B. Daiker
Not long after being admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1993, Paul began working with Larry Zukerman. Their personalities complemented each other, a dynamic partnership which has become even more finely tuned over time.
In addition to criminal cases and DUI/OVI defense, Paul concentrates on divorce, juvenile, and civil rights cases. An experienced, savvy negotiator, he is skilled at breaking through difficult and complex issues, an ability, which often increases the potential for positive resolutions.
Paul is the former prosecutor of Moreland Hills, where he worked from 1996-2000. He also is frequently asked to be a presenter at legal seminars for fellow attorneys including topics from the basics of how to try a case to DUI/OVI, traffic laws, and ethics.
Paul received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993. During his time at Cleveland-Marshall, Paul made Dean's List and served as a member of the Cleveland State Law Review. Paul recently returned to his alma mater as an adjunct professor where he teaches Criminal Procedure.
Paul has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer, each year for the past seven years. He has also been named one of Cleveland’s Best Lawyers in the area of criminal defense; white-collar crime, and family law in 2016. Paul’s wide range of experience and successful results has earned him an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, as well as an AVVO Rating of 10 out of 10.
Away from the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, running, playing basketball, and watching Cavs games.
